    Dandelion Root/Green Tea Extract

    To drain some extra water from my cutting cycle to make me look a bit more cut, I picked up some dandelion Root each at 520 mg (serving size 2 pills so it would be 1040 mg), and Green Tea Extract at 250 mg of green tea extract and 220 mg of green tea. Did anyone experience any bad or good things from these products, as I did a list on some diuretics and found these so I decided to pick them up. Tonight is my last cheat meal which is mexican, and starting tomorrow ill be back to my regular diet. Any information would be helpful, thanks. Also can I take these both at the same time in the morning and before I work out? (8-9 hour difference..). Also I have 4 more packets of redline so im gonna finish this off with the dandelion root and the g.t.e. Anyone think this is to much??

    If your sensitive to caffeine then the GT and redline together might be too much. If you can handle stims well then you should be fine.

    Drink plenty of water!
