    Rate my back. Teenager

    I´ve been training for 9 months and my back is my favourite body part. Please tell me my pros and cons and what i should improve.(i know arms are my weak point)

    not bad,i have a 3x bw deadlift(355 lbs at 114 Lbs bw, im 5,1 so thats why i so light) and mine looks like this, im going to a powerlifting meet in june and i could easily get state and maybe get get national record, im 14 yo. so not bad at all, it pretty wide which is the most important part, keep going at it. your a teen you have way more time to get it bigger.

    how old are you?

    what are your lifts? like bench / deadlifts and so on

    Im 17. My deadlift is 315lbs for 4 reps. I havent done 1rm in a while

    Bench is my weakest, my 1rm is 195lbs

    Squat is 265 lbs
