    Smile First Pic!

    Heres my first pic. I hope it worked. Now i was afraid to post it and if it worked you all know why. I am so damn small. But tell me if i look alright for only being 85 lbs. At this weight for right now i dont think im THAT small. I am trying everything i can to get bigger. If any of you guys wanna post a good bulking diet for me feel free too. Just remember im 85 lbs so dont expect me to stuff myself with 4000 calories!

    no offence but you look like your sick. Vary unhealthy, i noticed your diet and you need more meals like one bettwen breakfast and lunch. And you should eat alot of good fats they are vary calorie dence.

    yea like the other guys said EAT......set ur watch so ur alarm will go off every 2hrs and eat.....it doesnt matter if ur not hungry just keep packin it away.,....and with u eatin the fat free stuff u dont need to eat fat free anything u need some fat in ur diet and ur shakes make them into wieght gainers.....
    shakes:
    2 tbs natural peanut butter
    orange or pinapple juice
    ice
    vanilla yogurt
    bananna/ strawberries
    protien

    a good thing to keep in the fridge when ur tryin to bulk is the big lasagna noodles(sorry for the bad spellin)i think there like 65g ofcarbs each keep a pot of them in ur fridge and just eat a few of those when ur watch beeps

    You need to have a bigger breakfast, what your eatting is fine, just more. Also you should include a brunch in your diet, and dont eat tuna, your so skinny its not funny, eat some nice red meats, and dont make whey shakes with water, YUCK! always make them with milk. Also get some nice healthy snack foods, apples, bananas, celery sticks, and your case you could even munch on some baked chips.

    it looks like your diet is way to restricted. Right now all you need to do is eat tons of food. Its all right if you eat some fat at this point. whats with the fat free cream cheese? You need all the calories you can get. btw how tall are you?

    but in all seriousness, are you anorexic? or formerly anorexic?

    you need to up your cals slowly...500 each week, or every other week so you don't shock your digestive system into constipation or whatnot. Take it slow and steady, and just eat and lift. There should be no other physical activity other than your weight training. Have someone carry you into the bathroom to take a crap when you need to...you get the idea...just sit down and eat.

    Buddy.. dont try and eat 4000 calories just like that... you need to get use to it... the more you stuff yourself the bigger your stumoch will get and the more food you will be able to eat. When you do it on a regular basic your metabolism will adapt to it and you will get hungry after not eating every 2 hours. Dont say it doesnt work... i wasnt quite as small as you but I was still very small and man I did it ate 2 tuna sandwiches every like 2 hours and made it to 185lbs. So keep your head high dont worry what the ****ing pozers say on this website and eat man. Dont worry about what you eat... eat. Make sure you have atleast 120+g<s of protein a day.

    also drink 1+ galon of water a day.

    its possible.. you just need the heart and im sure you have it.

    Chest - 49 inch

    Bench - 1rM = 245lbs
    Squat - 1rM = 315lbs
    Deadlift - 1rM = 315lbs (goal was 3 plates and got there)

    total = 815 (goal for next christmas is 1100)

    your diet NEEDS FAT!! DOn't eat fat-free!!! you're not trying to put on JUST muscle, put on FAT too!!! and though the whey protein is good stuff, try to replace it with natural MEALS, with CARBS, FAT, and protein... and eat a TON more per meal than that!

    i got extra weight u can have like 45lbs. well anyway the last time i was 85lbs was in like 3rd grade. gosh im trying to lose weight and i eat more than you. and stop eating all the fat free stuff u need the fat if u cant tell.

    also i second the see food diet and 4000 calories isnt crap your body will burn a lot and to gain weight you need to comsume 3500 more than you burn to gain one pound (or so my health book says)

    umm it kinda makes me angry to see that ur not willing to take in 4000 calories..i mean thats how u gain weight..takking in more calories than u consume...and also i cant help but wonder y u eat non fat yogrut, and drink skim milk and fat free cream chese..if u really liek all those items..change ur milk to homo, get some fatty cream cheese, and eat yogurt with fat...and dont be scared to get fat..eat everything u see..even all the junk **** such as mc donalds..getting fat is the least of ur problems...i mean..i weighd 95lbs...thats 10lbs more than u..when i was in grade 4...man seriosly i cant stress how much u should eat everything

    Honest opinion. You look very unhealthy. Do not eat fat free. In your case, you will never get big eating fat free.

    From this point, you will eat 5 meals a day. Each of those meals WILL contain 30 grams of protien and no less then 50 carbs. That's enough for 85lbs bodyweight.
