Heres my first pic. I hope it worked. Now i was afraid to post it and if it worked you all know why. I am so damn small. But tell me if i look alright for only being 85 lbs. At this weight for right now i dont think im THAT small. I am trying everything i can to get bigger. If any of you guys wanna post a good bulking diet for me feel free too. Just remember im 85 lbs so dont expect me to stuff myself with 4000 calories!

yea like the other guys said EAT......set ur watch so ur alarm will go off every 2hrs and eat.....it doesnt matter if ur not hungry just keep packin it away.,....and with u eatin the fat free stuff u dont need to eat fat free anything u need some fat in ur diet and ur shakes make them into wieght gainers.....
shakes:
2 tbs natural peanut butter
orange or pinapple juice
ice
vanilla yogurt
bananna/ strawberries
protien
a good thing to keep in the fridge when ur tryin to bulk is the big lasagna noodles(sorry for the bad spellin)i think there like 65g ofcarbs each keep a pot of them in ur fridge and just eat a few of those when ur watch beepsmax bench:365x2(new pr)

well ok guys help me make a diet then please. o and sometimes i feel so bad about how light i am that i eat until i cant move...i stopped doing this because it made me really sick... but HELP ME MAKE A DIET!

please tell me that you are only 3 feet tall...
but in all seriousness, are you anorexic? or formerly anorexic?
you need to up your cals slowly...500 each week, or every other week so you don't shock your digestive system into constipation or whatnot. Take it slow and steady, and just eat and lift. There should be no other physical activity other than your weight training. Have someone carry you into the bathroom to take a crap when you need to...you get the idea...just sit down and eat.

its possible.. you just need the heart and im sure you have it.Stats:
Height: 5"10
Weight: 187lbs
Bicep - 15.4inches
Chest - 49 inch
Bench - 1rM = 245lbs
Squat - 1rM = 315lbs
Deadlift - 1rM = 315lbs (goal was 3 plates and got there)
total = 815 (goal for next christmas is 1100)
No pain, no gain

oh god,
your diet NEEDS FAT!! DOn't eat fat-free!!! you're not trying to put on JUST muscle, put on FAT too!!! and though the whey protein is good stuff, try to replace it with natural MEALS, with CARBS, FAT, and protein... and eat a TON more per meal than that!

i got extra weight u can have like 45lbs. well anyway the last time i was 85lbs was in like 3rd grade. gosh im trying to lose weight and i eat more than you. and stop eating all the fat free stuff u need the fat if u cant tell.
also i second the see food diet and 4000 calories isnt crap your body will burn a lot and to gain weight you need to comsume 3500 more than you burn to gain one pound (or so my health book says)Last edited by sarge666; 05-13-2004 at 09:37 PM.

Honest opinion. You look very unhealthy. Do not eat fat free. In your case, you will never get big eating fat free.
From this point, you will eat 5 meals a day. Each of those meals WILL contain 30 grams of protien and no less then 50 carbs. That's enough for 85lbs bodyweight.
