stop bumping. your routine is bad for calves IMO.
if you want to grow,
#1- do less reps and heavier weights.
3 sets of 20 is not proper. try going with 4-6 reps per set. but make em count, and go HEAVY.
the seated ones are good to do. if you can use a standing calf machine thats good too. i wouldn't do more than 6-8 sets of calves @ 4-6 reps. i have found this to make my calves grow. each week add a little more weight, and im sure you can grow.
oh yea, #2 is you have to eat properly

Once a week:
Seated Calf Raises
15 15 15 15 15 15
90 90 90 90 90 90
Standing Calf Raises (BW only) I typically use the power rack or anything with a ledge that lets me go really deep below parallel
20 20 20 20 20 20
Usually I will vary my foot stance on this one, Toes pretty far out and legs spread a bit out on one, legs closer toes forward on the next
People ask me my calf routine now lol. Thats it.
