hi guys on a 1-10 what would you say my testosterone level is with 10 being the highest and 1 the lowest, my doctor said at my age most people have around 300 with me being 16 but I know that is for the lazy average couch potato teenager, but i wante d to know if this was high for an active weightlifting teen with proper nutrition or should it be higher for us?

if im not mistaken avg should be about 300-400

no worries. Just worry about eating a proper diet, getting the right amount of rest. these are your most important items in keeping it that way.Originally posted by anabolic1

Just don't tell your girlfriend. She'll laugh at you and say "mine is higher than that!"
Just kidding. Your test levels are fine. However, that doesn't mean you'll end up with a huge wang, just so ya know...

if you want to save some time go to google and type "average testosterone levels" this will tell you all you need to know. Out of say a max of 1000, you got 600. how many more ways can that be said.Originally posted by anabolic1
