Girlfriend has a hard time swallowing multivitamins

Do you have any recommendation on an easy to swallow Multi-Vitamin? --- something that's chewable like Flintstones for adults or small gel caps.

For example, she has a hard time swallowing Centrum.

I would call your doctor and ask him to suggest a liquid vitamin. I had a girlfriend who just could not swallow any pills and when she became pregnant he had her on a multi vitamin, that was liquid she could either take it straight from the dropper or mix it with something she was going to drink anyway.

A friend of mine actually used to crush up her multi-vit and mix it in a little bit of applesauce.

She could try to eat them with yogurt, that should work. Since vitamin E, I think, is better absorbed with fat, that would even be better than just swallowing them.
