    I think it might be. I believe that they are using a team system and its already on week 2. You can always start your own challenge. Post your workout and diet everyday. I guess it can be kind of like your own workout diary.

    Its never too late. Just take your scores starting today and add more days onto your schedule to make up for the lost time. You are doing this for yourself and if that isn't enough motivation for you, you are probably not going to stick with it.

    i never said it weas too late...i believe i replied your thread. I just said it might be late to join a group. However even that might be possibel. I believe more people would drop out. Just get on with it and join the race. Its only one week.

    Starting late might even not be a bad thing in terms of individual rankings. See how many people you could overtake in the next 5 weeks.
