Please help with this question?

My wife was told at a local GNC store that she should use omega 3 6 9 oil one month then switch to just omega 3 for the next month. The reason for this was if she used the omega 3 6 9 for more than a month that the 6 9 oil would cancel out the effectiveness on the 3 oil. Has anyone herd of this. thank you.

Total BS. Why did she even go to a GNC? Very few GNC employees know anything.
