    Protein shakes necessary to bulk?

Is it possible to get the amount of protein needed to bulk w/out taking any kind of supplement/powder/etc.? I'm 6'1, 205, and eat my butt off as far as the # of meals and the meats I eat in them. I'm really trying to stuff my face, but was wondering if realistic bulking amounts of protein can be taken naturally like this w/out going to powders, etc.?

anything is possible without supplements, they just make life easier, and have a few advantages at times (such as post-workout)

the only supplement that i would recomend to everyone is a multivitamin!

Of course you can. The more protein you get from whole foods, the better. I agree with taffer, in that they are good for post-workout and maybe for even first thing in the morning.

As mentioned, it is feasible. Choose your foods wisely (lean proteins)
