Morning Pee with lots of Foam/bubble

    Hey Guys!

Here is a question for all of you who consumed a high protein bed time shake, especially Casein or Milk.

    1. Does your morning pee comes with Lots of Foam/bubble?

    2. Do you wake up in the middle of the night just to pee?

    Do check guys.

    http://www.lifeoptions.org/kidneyinf...nfo.php?page=4

    http://kidney.niddk.nih.gov/kudiseas...uria/index.htm

What do you think about the claim in the website? Does it apply to us?

I didn't look at the sites but I wake up and pee about 2 times because I drink 1-2 gallons of water a day.

No my pee isn't bubbly or foamy. Maybe you have soap in your toilet water.

You might want to see your doctor about that. The most common cause of foamy urine is protein in the urine. This could be a sign of high blood pressure or diabetes. Urinating often is also a sign. Get checked out cause better safe than sorry.

Wow. I didn't know about that. I was just wondering as after being on a High Protein Diet, I noticed lots of foam/bubble in my pee. (especially Morning time)

I thought having protein in our urine would be normal as we are ingesting more protein than sedentary ppl.

Hmm, guess I would have to go for a urine test.

    Thanks Aries!

Welcome. Everyone can actually just google foamy urine and read about it. Doesn't neccessarily mean you have something bad wrong, but is a possibility so if it's been going on for a long time it's time to piss in a cup.

I drink about 1-2 Gallons per day.

Do you take Real Gains or ON Casein , or any supplements with high amount of Micellar Casein? (Except milk).

This only occurs after I started taking Real Gains & ON Casein. Perhaps, the reason why the foam was there was because of the higher amount of Casein ingested per day. (I hope so) Hehe.

I didn't notice any significant foam/bubble upon using Whey and Milk only.

BTW, the amount of protein I ingest per day, is about 200 gram. Which was well spread over 6-7 meals.

Hey aznxdgnz: One of my friend was on cyclical ketogenic diet too. Her pees does come with lots of foam too. Didn't seem to bother her. Hahah.

Hopefully, the foamy/bubbly urine doesn't apply to us. Hheheh. But then again, better be safe than sorry.

if it's foamy then it means you're pissing something out besides water. a few times really isn't something to worry about, but if this is consistent(even with proper hydration) i would consider seeing a doctor.

Could be a sign of a UTI or dehydration.
Symptoms of UTI Urinary tract infection
Although some men who have a UTI do not have any symptoms, most men will experience some or all of the following symptoms

Frequent urge to urinate but often the amount of urine passed is small.
Painful, burning feeling in the area of the bladder or urethra, during urination.
    Fatigue
Fever (This often means that the infection has moved into the kidney).
The urine can look cloudy or milky. If blood is present then the color will be reddish
    Urine can smell offensive.
Nausea and even vomiting may occur in kidney infections.
    Back pain

Mild Dehydration: Thirst, dry lips, dry mouth, flushed skin, fatigue, irritability, headache, urine begins to darken in color, urine output decreases

LOL stupid answers here about foamy pee, if you havnt urinated over several hours e.g. 14+, or large mineral build up etc.. i had foamy pee over the weekend and all i did was eat (anything), sleep and smoke loads off weed and just chill all weekend.. and had lots of frothy pee (mornings)

so take into account what i was doing plus i was probly dehydrated too.

No. Your creatine and taurine intake are fine.

BUT... You should increase intake of your carbs & lechitin to fuel your brain.

It seems as if your brain aren't functioning.

Or simply read more books to stimulate your brain.

    I hope I'm helping.

    Good Luck dude!
