    thoughts please!

    my name is colin
iam 195 lbs,iam not 100% on my body fat,but i think it would be around 17%.
i have a gut,but its not so much fat, because i used to be a chubby kid,as much it could be skin thats still hanging around, but theres some extra in there.
i work out 5 days a week, and i was wondering,do you think that it would help me lose my gut if i did 4 to 5 days of cardio?
iam not trying to get CUT,iam just trying to trim down on the gut a little bit.

do i really have to do a cut phase?
please someone shed some light on me!

Colin, try adding 15-20 minutes of cardio, 3 times per week right after you weights. You should see a difference in a few weeks and then you can add a day or two of cardio to keep the progress going. It should be easy since you're aready going to the gym those days.

You need one or more of these: more food, more weight, more reps or more rest.
