Update Pics
So this is month 4 for me now, I am starting to notice the most noticeable differences in my chest and my arms. My back coming along as well but slower than I would like. I am in the process of still bulking, hence why you cant really see my abs that well. Suggestions, comments welcome.
I have gained approximately 16lbs in the last 4months and my body fat has only come up 1% according to the doc. I want to hit 160 before the end of the month, right now I am at 156lbs so I have some work ahead of me.

nice, chest is good , arm are getting there, but work harder on shoulders, they're pretty narrow...

Agreed. I have a hard time working shoulders, I have very sore joints for some reason, I am not taking anything for it currently, any recommendations anyone? I have seen a few in the Supp area.

good genes, for 4months arms look good, i can see that the abs will look good when u cut, chest r good too, prolly the shoulders needs work n i dont c the back but yeh
