    asking about eating at midnight

hi, tonight i ate only a small portion of dinner. therefore i felt hungry a few hours later. then, i ate at around 11PM. however, after having the meal, i regretted it. lol. will eating at midnight increase fat percentage?

i dont eat at midnight often. this is the perhaps the first time in months.

    thanks

i always have a snack before bed. so no worries. as long as its in your daily calorie goals.
hmm bout fat % . . depends on what kind of meal did u have.

No it won't. If it fits your cals and macros it won't make you fat.

Calories in - calories out. Eating at night is as fattening as any other time of the day. Body stores fat after meals and burns it between them. Daily intake is what matters.

I eat a 1400 calorie meal 30 minutes before I go to bed.
Also, I've lost 2 lbs. in the past 3 weeks. umad?

In all seriousness... calories in vs. calories out. As long as you're not exceeding your daily limits, you can eat whatever WHENEVER you want (assuming your post-workout nutrition is on point).
Upgraded from "curls for the girls" to "rows for the hoes".

You're screwed dude. Eating at midnight opens up a black hole to another dimension in your stomach and you won't ever be satisfied with food again...

    ... or, stop worrying!
