How much gains did you guys make in the first 6 months of training?
my upper arms have grown about 3/4 of an inch.

well i've only been training for 1.5-2 months so I can't really speak, but my arms have grown about a 1/3 of an inch already.
Life is what you make of it, nothing more and nothing less.

ONly been training for bout 4months bout put an 1inch on my arm and quads...the rest of me like chest and calves has grown bout 1/3 inch if that.
i got my training, nutrition, recooperation, supplimentation good and had it good from the start really so i grew some!Train, eat and live like a beast!!

haha dorian its great about how cool you are with your age. Well let's see, I gained half an inch on my arms in 3 1/2 months. Actually 3 months for my right and 3 1/2 for my left (Started to do dumbbells religously)
I'm not binging...I'm bulking

I forget.
At that time, I was more concerned about growth in other parts of the body, if you know what I mean.I got an ow-ie.

i've been lifting for a little less than 2 months now and i've gained about 3/4 an inch on my arms, havent measured my chests or legs. I've also gone up from weighing 125 to 140. it pays to be russian

I have been for almost 5 months, and I have added 2 inches to my arms and gained 22 pounds....about 3-4 of that was fat

In my first 6 months of training I'd say I gained 30-40 pounds. and went from being a skinny bastard to having a decent build.

I Gained 2 inches on my arms, a crazy 100 lb on my bench and squats. about 20 lb on my curl. thats only the first 6 months, i just keep on growing,till now its kinda lagging a bit. oh yea , Lol my FIRST 6 Months I used CELL-TECH! Helped ALOT!!! It works!!and most of my gains were muscle not water, maybe 5 lb water!
Currently at 180lb
Won Mid-Florida Classic BB comp.
