    is it normal to gain no weight?!?!

    is it normal to gain no weight after weight training for 7 months(3 serious months)

    i lost alot of fat...but im still at the same weight

    well put it this way , u lost fat, but ur still at the same weight, meaning u added something to make up for the weight , meaning u gained muscle, which = good!

    Good post nGuye, I too have not seen any weight loss, and I have a considerable amount of weight to lose, I have been pumping 6 days a week and have seen good gains, I too was a little concerned with the scale still showing up only 5 pounds lighter with all the weight liftintg work I have been doing, I guess it is a bit of a positive.
