I hope he means sets, if he does 4-5 exercises for small parts I pity those large ones.
People who go around pretending to know everything are annoying those of us who really do.

Nah I mean exercises, but I don't do that many sets, probably bettween 6 and 9. like I mgiht do
Barbell Curls 2 sets
Preacher curls 2 sets
Reverse Curls 2 sets
Hammer curls 1 set to complete failure
and sometimes concentration curls, but not too often. and I switch up the exercises now an then too. I keep it pretty intense and it doesn't take to long to do.
