dont take if you're not gonna be ok with possible side effects. i know most people say var will not cause virilization in women but i read on another forum a first hand account where a women said she had signs of it. if u think you're getting a sore throat its not a sore throat its your voice deepening. if u start noticing swelling "down there" thats another of the initial signs.
my point is, be sure this is what u want to do before u do it.

The normal recomendation for women is 5mg/day. My wife has been taking 15 mg/ day with great results. She has not had any negative sides and she absolutely loves the hardness and definition var gives.
BTW- Not trying to hit on you and I'm not an internet leg humper but you look damn good. Congrats on your physique. I know it took many long hours of hard work to accomplish what you have done. Keep it up and good luck with var!

The problem is not the virilization from anavar, the problem is with virilization from fake anavar. If you get real anavar you will be ok as far as virilization goes.

why would u take anavar? ur a model, not a figure competitor. anavar helps u retain muscle mass and strength while cutting to like single digit body fat. i dont think thats necessary if ur a print model unless ur in fitness mags. i did print work for clothing for years in high school and college and never needed steroids. rethink this.

REAL Var will make your Voice deepen and enlarge the little man in the boat.
Spanishlegs...Var affects women different than men.
Irish...do your research before you embark. Keep the dose low and you should be ok. If sides pop up, back off it.

if you are just beginning and this first time, then start with 5mg each day
if you get results with this dose then stay here, if after 2 weeks you do not see/feel results then increase your dose to 10mg/day

whats your diet like?
I am a 24 year old female. I am 5"4 and just weighed myself at 121 with 16% body fat. I am very active. I need help critiquing a perfect diet on 10 mg Oxandrin (Anavar). The Oxandrin is pharmacy purchased and is the real thing! It would be helpful to know how much protein, carbs, and fat I should be taking in and what would be a suitable diet. Also, on days that I dont do cardio, it would be helpful to know if I drop the amount of carbs.
Any input would be appreciated!!! Thank you

As for the legitimacy of my Var. It is Oxandrin, it is 10 mg, walked right out of a pharmacy in Los Angeles with a sript. My highest dosage would be 15mg IF no sides existed at 10mg for several weeks. I am in great shape and am looking to harden up my body, really work on my legs/glutes/calves and lose a little fat in my thighs. But would like to put on 5-6lbs of LBM. I can deal with a bit a acne or aggression, but if I notice ANY other of the bad sides I would cease cycle immediately. (but have already consulted a doctor and although he was against it, said with Oxandrin Virulization is RARE RARE RARE)

It's individual, but it IS VERY rare to see virilization with 5mgs anavar. I don't think woman should take anything at all, but I've seen a few get away with some pretty wicked things.

wierd.
i've read that retaining water on var is pretty rare. unlike other AAS.
were you sure of your source??? mayb it wasnt anavar...
