Craziest gym in the world
Honostly, i dont know if there is one better then this, but this one sure sounds like the top ones.
I was talking to 3 brothers who just came from Iran about gyms back in the country. They said there is all sort of them from ****ty to good all over. The best one however, includes weights up to 300+ dumbbells. The machines are, now check this out, are all digital. Forexample, you wanna do a set of machine flys, you select the weight on a touch-screen monitor beside the machine and they go pretty high. Enterance is 20 bucks.
The gym also includes a huge pool on top of a huge building. The pool is very large and there is upto 2 meters of steam on top of it. It's outdoor in everyseason. The steam is caused by a steam machine/motor that produces the steam.
It's called Sadaf Gym. I'm sure a gym like that has a website, but i wasn't able to find it

As I recall, Life Fitness used to market a line of digital machines, which used electric motors to provide resistance. You could adjust them so the negatives were a chosen percentage higher than the positives. I used them when I was visiting a gym near my mom in another state and liked them very much. My guess is that the machines were too expensive for the average gym and did not catch on, since I have not seen them at another gym.

Its exactly like they show on TV. There are a few areas of the mideast that are rich from oil money, but the combined GDP of the arab nations are only equal to that of Spain.

I heard about those digital ones, they use electromagnets to pick up the weights, great untill there's a power cut or something, imagine leg pressing 300lb's then suddenly none..
