Try developing a workout plan. This is mine.
A day: Upper Body ( Chest, bi's, tri, shoulders, neck, forearms, back. )
B day: Lower body ( Calve, thighs, glutes. )
C day: Rest ( Meditate, stretch, drink herbal tea. )
All days: Abs and obliques.
