help!

Hi! im currently new member to this website. and looking for some little tips & help... Im trying to get builed up a little i got my back done and my hands are really strong. but i just wanna body everything a little more... and i hope you guys can help me a little more.. THe things i really want to build are Chest , Hands , my hands muscle. any ways?

Get a on a good clean diet and eat a lot of it.

Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep at night to help your body recover.

Start taking in some Whey protein and a Multi Vitamin.

And just stay consistent.

Try developing a workout plan. This is mine.
A day: Upper Body ( Chest, bi's, tri, shoulders, neck, forearms, back. )
B day: Lower body ( Calve, thighs, glutes. )
C day: Rest ( Meditate, stretch, drink herbal tea. )
All days: Abs and obliques.

well i been working out in poland then i came to us so i stopped , now i do it again. its my 2nd week now working out i take 140-160 benching.. and 25-35 the little ones like right hand and left hand those things you know..

Im working hard now , everyday man 45min to 1 hour somtimes 2 hours a day. i eat right , im also a soccer player so i run alot and it helps me to a little.

You have a lot of determination but that is were a lot of people get carried away you are defo overtraining here mate, 2 hrs a day weight training is to much. there is no time for recovery.Muscle are not built in the gym

ye that sounds ok. maybe post up your routine so i can help you more but i would recomend an hour, 3-4 times a week. After a hour of exercise testosterone levels in the body begin to drop
