I'm 21 years old, 5'10.
I have been weight training for 2 years now (pretty much every night), but struggling to see any results. I used to do boxing before that and I also play football twice a week.
A few people I know say that i am not eating enough, but just wanted to get some more opinions from you guys.
(see photo) In your opinion, do you think I should bulk or cut? Also, will this correct my chest imbalance?
