Rats! I was hoping to hear something like... "Sure!! Drink up!" I don't drink it for the energy boost... I don't feel any sort of kick from it at all... I just like the taste. I wish I had never tried this stuff... harder to kick this little habit than it was for soda!

I personally dont do supplements, they freak me out. I don't even take a multi-vitamin. And anything with sugar.. i think its like the ultimate BB culprit. Don't do the whole PWO dextrose thing also..

... LOL To me that's like saying I like cough syrup 'for the taste' I love Monster Low-Carb too, but it's not for the taste LOL

As for 'clean'- I don't think so. I don't have a can handy, but IMO if it's 'clean' I gotta be able to pronounce all the ingredients in it I have my doubts as to being able to do that with a MLC

But the macros aren't gonna hurt your diet, so... Personally I'd say drink up if you enjoy it. I think it's like 20 calories to a 16oz can. 3g carbs.

I say no big deal. I LOVE Monster. And Rockstar....especially BLUEBERRY!! But, I've been trying to cut down on caffeine, otherwise....as long as it's low or no sugar and has low or no calories...I don't think it's that big of a deal.

While I agree it may not be the best thing for you, and certainly not "clean"... why not?
