I love Monster Low-Carb too, but it's not for the taste LOL
As for 'clean'- I don't think so. I don't have a can handy, but IMO if it's 'clean' I gotta be able to pronounce all the ingredients in it

I have my doubts as to being able to do that with a MLC
But the macros aren't gonna hurt your diet, so... Personally I'd say drink up if you enjoy it. I think it's like 20 calories to a 16oz can. 3g carbs.
