makes me sweat, though really only noticeable when working out. I like to add a bit of ephedrine 8mg when lifting for that extra CNS benefit for heavy training, but its by far the best thermo/fat burner I have used for cardio, gives me wicked endurance.

I was a huge fan of Clenbutrx....Is there anything that will give me a kick like that? Redline is o.k., but I guess I'm just spoiled.

just to be 100% sure, you realize that all that will do is make you lose water weight, not fat. and that you will lose less fat if your dehydrated. also if your just trying to raise body temperature then sweat might cool you more.

a sauna is meant to be good at losing water weight, plus drink tons of water ( encourages the body to give it up) and maybe take a diuretic like dandelion root.

makes me wonder when i see ( usually slightly over weight middle age women) put ON a sweatshirt before using the rowing machine???

sorry if ya have another reason though!
I /Like/ emos! well, the girls.
