carb up made me feel terrible!

Had a tuna sub from subway with a apple juice on the side and now I feel absolutely terrible! So bad I'm about to skip lifting today and just do my HIIT

I carb up all weekend, well through sunday evening. I can take 3 dumps a day! and the gas is unreal...........and why I am telling everyone this? 1:37am..........good night

im carbing up this sunday , its mothers day......but im trying to use up all my carbs at home that might go off 1st , find it hard to throw away food!

its leftover frozen chinese
potato chips
2 cookies
chocolate easter eggs
corn chips

and whatever i eat at mums after work that night , probly ice cream , cream , choc and some pizza or something

not the cleanest carb up :|
