    lower back

I personally would do something, doesn;t have to be much, to isolate your lower back as it is vital to core strength, and often prone to injuries.

Try good mornings (start with a light weight) or hyperextensions with weight.

    Re lower back

IMO, if you're doing deads, you're covered from a lower back perspective. No need to do good mornings or extensions (not often anyway) if you've got a good strong dead.

One of my fav movements, yet seems like many people ignore them. Nothing better for my money than a full-body, compund movement like a deadlift.
