    Question what should my ideal weight be if im 6 foot 1

    i was just wondering what should my ideal weight be if im 6foot 1 and 17 years old everyone has been telling me 180 pounds is that a good weight.

    There is no such thing as ideal weight. Whatever you're comfortable at is where you should be. I would think maintaining a low BF around 10-12 is more ideal. So if you're 180 but there's a bunch of fat, then it's not very ideal. You should think a long the lines of muscularity and fat.

    it depends...are you trying to fit your body for a sport? if so what sport and position?

    or do you want to have a bodybuilder's physique? if so you would wanna be 225+ with >10% bf.

    or do you just wanna be in good shape but not too big or skinny? if that's the case you would try to be 185-200 with 10-12% bf

    im 6'0.5 and my natural bodyweight is 240 lbs. that is when i look good, if i was under 230 or 220, id look skinny. too bad im 295 right now haha
