    ya def. you need at least one yolk for every 3 egg whites if i'm not mistaken...i dont know though thats just what ive heard...so that the protien can be absorbed.

    I ate whole eggs daily on my last major cutting diet and it never was a problem for me. Even after getting to the single digit bodyfat levels I still ate the eggs whole.

    Plus the yolk tastes damn good imho.

    Yep, the yolks are the best part. Enjoy - 1 yolk per 3 or 4 whites sounds like a good ratio.

    as part of my first meal everyday i have 3 whole eggs, i am bulking tho but when i cut im still going to have some whole eggs, just not all whole.. but 1 or 2 should be fine

    Beside the protein, you also get a bunch of other nutrients found only in the yolk. I eat every other yolk.

    everyone's body works differently. There is no hard and fast rule for # of yolks or any ratio that works best for everyone.

    See if it fits into your daily cal intake, use the mirror as a measure.
