before you say cardio, I KNOW! obviously you need low BF% for abs to show, I know that. But I'm still wondering, other then that. Anything that helps? Having a tan? Having more muscles (I read somewhere that the more muscles you have, the more your skin is stretched and the more your abs show, is it true?)
Also, I guess if you work out the abs themselves it will make them bigger, right? Now I did mucho search on it, yet I find so many different answers I'm still confused. How often should I work my abs? how much? RIght now I work them 2x a week, I do 3 supersets of 10 weighted crunches + 10 leg raises, and 1 set of weighted obliques on the hyperextension bench. Is that enough? do I need more reps? more weight? anyone knows, because I'm really confused about that :S (if you have any documentation to show me I would appreciate it)

Crossfit. "Your workout is our warmup" Does this make you skeptical? Try Linda or Tabata Something Else and you will see why I said that.
