Does anyone know the quality of the suppplements sold at Costco and Sam's club? I went to Sam's Club today and was SHOCKED at what they had. They had 100 pills of 150 mg CoQ10 for like $32.00! I also bought a bottle of 300 standardized Panax Ginseng pills for like $10.00!
They had some other of the basics (B COmplex, Multi Vitamins, Vitamin E, MSM, Glucosamine, Chondriotin, Ginko Biloba, Garlic, Fish oil pills, flax oil pills, calcium etc). Anyway, I was wondering if there is a way to find out the quality of the products there because the prices seem to good to be true.
Any exeriences?

I've been using their whey protein powders, have been making good gains. As far as my body can tell, it is working just as good as Designer Protein's.
And the price - 18.95 for 90 servings at over 20 grams a pop."I'm special, you're special. We are all just a bunch of special fcukers!" - Stifler

at costco, its 6lbs for 24 dollars, but the 5.5lb Dynamtize Elite is a better deal at 28 dollars at my local supp shot since they have 87 servings at 23g a serving while Costco's version is 97 servings at 19 grams a serving
Here near Seattle, they carry Pro-Rated. I just looked at the container, 22g protein per serving and 90 servings in the 6lb. bottle for $19.89.Muscleholic

On the quality of Costo vitamins.
Just a month ago an older guy I know asked me about prostate problems and what he could take. So I told him about Saw Palmetto. So he got some at Costco, something like 300 capsules of standardized extract for $12.00. Within 2 weeks he was sleeping straight through the night and peeing like a race horse.
Additionally I have used their brand of Valerian and it works. If Fitness were that simple, we'd all wear Best Form Tank Tops!

at sams club the member's multi-vitamin is also 12 bucks. it contains 200 tablets and contains even more than centrum performance (its the same exact pill w/ more ****) i'd rather get that than a multi sold at a supp store.
