    steak nutritional data

    Does 447 cals 18g Fat and 66.5g Protein sound about right for an 8oz. sirloin steak with all visible fat removed? There seems to be quite a bit of discrepancy between different websites that i've checked just with others and see if its close to what they get. thanks.

    That's about right. Every cow doesn't produce the same amount of fat for every cut. The fat could go to about 24g's for 8 oz and the cals to around 480. Again it depends.
