    Workout after dinner. What should I do?

    Alrighty. As you know Im on a road to loosing my gut. Starting today! Im going to do a hard workout after dinner. Can someone fill me in on what I should do? Like running and then push ups (how man?) etc etc. Thanks!

    You want to focus on your diet. This is the most important thing to losing weight. Put 3-4 days of cardio in there about 20-30 mins of it. Pushups won't help you lose weight. A proper diet with consistent cardio will.

    try to stay away from carbs before workout, because your body will simply use them as energy for the workout. since your trying to lose weight.
