Alrighty. As you know Im on a road to loosing my gut. Starting today! Im going to do a hard workout after dinner. Can someone fill me in on what I should do? Like running and then push ups (how man?) etc etc. Thanks!
You want to focus on your diet. This is the most important thing to losing weight. Put 3-4 days of cardio in there about 20-30 mins of it. Pushups won't help you lose weight. A proper diet with consistent cardio will.
