    Any ideas how much a 45 minute - 1 hour session burns?

    Great question, I was wondering this myself. It might be useful to list the type of exercises, weight and reps you do since calories burned will vary greatly depending on the type of workout you do.

    I've heard numbers of around 200 - 300 in a high intensity workout. No facts to back it up, just a ballpark mark.
