If you take in enough calories, whether some of them come from a weight gainer or not, to build muscle, then you will more than likely be taking in enough to put on fat as well. Trying to burn fat and put on muscle at the same time is counterproductive in most circumstances.
You need to decide whether you're gaining fat at an unacceptable rate relative to your rate of muscle gain. If so, cut back on the calories and put on muscle slower. Otherwise, take the fat with the muscle and then concentrate on losing the fat when you feel you've bulked enough.
