gram of 4ad?
Ok, I just recieved my 4ad in powder form but don't have anything to weigh it to check how much one gram would be. How much of a teaspoon would one gram be? 1/4 teaspoon? Also is it better to take half/gram in the morning and the other half at night or split it up more? Thanks guys

id go to a health food store and buy some of those little gel caps so you can take them in liquid for. take half the dose in the morning and half of it about 30 minutes before your workout

My understanding is that 1\4 teaspoon of 4AD powder equals 300 mgs. Hope that helps

mix it with a liquid and use an oral syringe, you can either disolve it in alchol or make a suspension ( i.e. shake before ya take!)
if you add say 1 gram to 100ml you wil then know 1ml - 10mg etcI /Like/ emos! well, the girls.

Get a scale at walmart that measures ounces and grams. They are like 6 bucks.

Where di you buy the powder from? can you also buy 1ad powder in bulk?
