Lipo 6 is a no go!

I tried Lipo 6 for a month & seen NO results.
I hope others have better luck than I did with it.
The only thing it did the first week, was give me
energy or should I say the jitters!!!
I hope others have had better luck with it!!
I'm givin up on these diet pills...

What was your diet like?
Your cardio routine and intensity?
Sleeping patterns?
Water intake?
Dosing schedule?

ive been on it for about 5 days..........yesterday i was doing barbell curls and noticed a new pocket in the inner side of my elbows where fat had been sucked off.....this **** is working!

Sounds good, i just got a bottle but i havn't took it cause im scared ill loss muscle if im on it. I just want to lose a lil more fat around my lower stomach.

diet pills are a no go. too bad i'm making a hypocrite out of myself and i'm on lipo 6 now. i'm also doing fish oil, flax oil, and CLA tabs and i'm seeing great results. you'd be better doing what i'm doing minus the lipo 6. diet pills are pretty much a waste of money.
