I was looking at Layne Norton's journal on his webpage, and it said he did fast walking 3x a week before breakfast while he was cutting. Since he's walking instead of jogging, would this prevent the muscle breakdown, and instead just tap into fat storages?
could you provide a link to it... i think you may be referring to one of his much older articles where he has now since changed his view on cardio on an empty stomach(last i recall). anyway, i don't suggest cardio on an empty somtach before breakfast...
