Hey all. I'm 14 and I've been lifting weights for the last year. When I started I was fat and weighed around 140-145. A year later I got a six pack, big chest and yadda yadda I work hard and now have something to show off. But, I weigh just about the same. Well, 150 but still I gained 5 pounds in a year??? I'm 5'8, and I have a friend whose 15 who is 5'6, has little muscle (he just started working out but doesn't have much muscle), and he has as much bf as I do. He also weights the same that I do at around 150. What gives????????????????????????????????????????????

GMAV obese is like 25% bf. So I doubt your gaining muscle at any signifigant rate while going down to 11%. There are people who lose fat and gain muscle at the same time when they watch their diets very carefully, but it is at a veeerry slow rate.
My bodyfat % dropped 8-10% my actual bodyweight went up 7 pounds. Now my question is, how much is 8-10% of bodyfat weightt?
So my muscle gains were 8-10% of body fat weight + 7 pounds, I don't know how much that is but it seems huge to me.

Let me say this again, I am not arguing against I am simply STATING MY RESULTS. They are beyond me why I got them and there's no use telling me it's impossible because this is what occurred and I can't do anything about that.
I am not "coming down" to 11%, I have dropped from about 20% to about 11% in 3 months( I am already at 10-11%) , my weight has increased by 7 pounds in those 3 months.
Meaning I gained 7 pounds + 8-10% of body fat weight.
Please don't try to say I am going to get insignificant gains or anything because it's too late to tell me this already, the results are in and I never expected to gain so much muscle while losing fat, well it happened.

Lmao, I get the same thing. When I go to Macdonalds for lunch with my work mates, they are just in shock about how much I order. Then they just cant believe it when I go up for seconds, thirds and fourths. I sure do like Macdonalds, twice a day, every day I eat it. It sure does hurt my wallet though.
