new to keto, help with a cyclic diet
so i read the articles above on keto diets and i like the cyclic keto diet. it is still a little fuzzy though. i weigh 169ish and i want to compete june 23. not far away. is this diet even what i need? i know im behind on BF% and iv heard this diet is the quickest for burning fat while keeping the muscle. iv got figured out so far my my macros or so i think i do?
about: 160g protein, how low of carbs?, and 140g fats.
im aiming for around 1900cals. then on weekends i eat 71kg x 10-12= 710-852g of carbs over friday mid day and sat. night. again 160g protein and now less that 71g fat? also never eat fat after the workouts? is this for just the post workout meal or for how long after?
thanks for any help guys! i know i migh be asking some bad questions but its all new stuff to me and i want to learn this and try it.
