I think arnie has the best peak ever. As far as overall size I think it would kovac, but that is more massive tri's than anything else.

There is one guy (not a pro) who achieved a 30.5 inch bicep. He definitely had the biggest peak of all time. He did it by working on a farm his whole life and, get this, curling 150 pound+ buckets of sand.
I saw this on the news with my own eyes, so yes, I'm sure it is real.
