In Creatine loading phase we should take 20-25gr creatine 5 times a day for 5 day right? Should I take all the serving in one day with grape juice? or just right after workout?

Loading is not necessary but I think it's worth it because you'll see results much quicker. And these initial loading days will teach us to absorb the creatine during maintanance. If you don't load you'll need 10-15 extra days for the same results.
Do 3 doses of 7 grms each spread over the day.
