it will be hard to judge because not only are a lotta pro statistics inaccurate but its hard to tell by photos because of how much proportion affects how big an arm looks.

It can't be Ruhl, if we talked shoulders than yeah he'd be up there. But we're talking biceps and triceps.
Wheeler, Coleman, Dennis James (in the off season lol), levrone judging by this picture. Her'es a couple pics at once so we can try and compare.
Andreas Frey should be considered too.

maybe not the biggest but Quincy Taylor's are huge......don't look as big as some of the other pros because of how long they are but if you're talking about just the measurements alone, he's gotta be up there.........

Guys..absolute arm size means nothing - bodyfat percentage and height mean everything!
Offseason Kovacs or Steere probably had the biggest arms ever tape-wise.
But with bodyfat and height taken into account, Priest probably wins with modern pros.
