    low intensity lifting, how often?

how often should i have "light weeks" so to speak? Because I change my exercises every week but i hit them hard with static holds, drop sets, change in rest time...etc Should i lift with a lesser intensity one week? Could this spurt growth when i get back? Im not sure if this is similar to 'deconditioning' but ive heard these ideas before. lemme kno wat u think

you should always lift with high intensity.....maybe try varying your reps and poundages
