I just wanted to say that I've been doing the freeweight workout for only a week now, but I'm happy with my improvements already.
For example, at first I was only able to bench the bar for a set, and could max at about 15lbs each side.
Now I'm doing my full set (of 8) starting at 10's, and I can max the 25's.
With the smith machine I can do more than a 35 plate on each, but I think that I'll be able to do that in no time.
ALSO! I was amazed that even after heavy lifting for a week again, I didn't even gain .1 lb.
My boyfriend is going on his strict cutting diet now, so I will be eating better too.
I just had to share because it made me happy![]()
