If you train your chest hard enough along with other muscles such as shoulders and triceps then it will be very difficult to avoid overtraining. If you must train chest chest twice a week then try Monday and Thursday and rotate 2 different routines on these days.Keep volume low around 6-7 sets and dont forget to add in dumbell or cable flyes too.

I do dumbell and cable flyes aswell,do you think I would see more results by training the chest once a week?

Thease are the exercises I do in one session(3 sets of 7-8 of each)
    Dips
    Flat Bench Press
    Decline Bench Press
    Incline Bench Press
    Cable Flys
    Bicep curls
    Bicep Bar Curls
    Squats
    Leg Extension
    Seated Calf Raises

    Is this too much/overtraining?

    Thanx for the help
    Josh
