Angry train off the track

Help - I'm struggling... I feel like a train de-railed off its track.

I'm tired, forgetful, hungry (no matter what), and just basically - - - blah! I'm late (again - last time it was three weeks, now 2 weeks going on....?) I'm not pregnant (barring a miracle, hubby and I have have fertility issues) Probably just my rapid wt. loss and exercise routine. So I really don't know if this is PMS or what.

Night eating has been an everyday occurance and the first time since October I'm not looking forward to training. Used to be all I looked forward too.

I've put on a few pounds and need to get back to business. It's funny how, 2 months ago how thrilled I was with myself, and now since I've been stuck, I'm frustrated.

I've got too much to do at home, at work and not enough time to do it all.

My goals don't even seem important to me anymore. I'm beginning to doubt everything I've done and wanted to accomplish.

hi jle, i have been watching your awesome progress and waiting to see when your very strong constitution would finally succomb to overtraining. that is what has now happened. you know the cure, total rest for a while and a re-evaluation of what your goals are and what will be effective training for you. night eating is good if you eat the right food. don't stress.

hmmm, waiting for me to "hit the wall" eh???

well, I started out intending to go as far as I could healthfully. Yes, I admit I'm overtraining. How much rest...I just took 2 days off??? or maybe just one workout per day (instead of 2).

I feeling a little better now that I made it through my workout. I didn't think I would make it through, but I did and now a I feel tons better.

Anyway, any other tips are appreciated

thanks - I guess I'm just trying too hard

hi jle, try 5 - 7 days of rest, then 1 workout every 3 days, keep it under 45 minutes, go super intense and lazer focused for that 45 minutes. you have awesome genetics, what you do for training is less important than for normal people, almost everything will work for you for a while. there is no need to make a huge time commitment to your training in order to make progress, in fact it will be more efficient to increase intensity. to do that you must reduce volume and increase recovery. use that extra time to have a life and enjoy being strong and beautiful.
