Crab Most Muscular
Almost everybody loves the crab MM...why???? I on the other hand think it is kind of a crappy shot... I also do not pull it off as well as others on stage. Best way to hit it???

Why would you eat a skinny crab? You might aswell get your moneys worth and pick the crab which is the most muscular. But i tend to buy them from the shops, it's not worth the hassle of using traps.

I think it's a goofy looking pose... but I think so about most of the mandatory poses... I like the artistic type of poses frank Zane or Ed Corney would pull off

i hate the Most muscular. only a couple people look good doing it, most others look like their about to **** a brick. veins popping out on their forehead and their face turning all red. the pros do it alot better (obv.) but still i think its a **** pose, never understood why so many people liked it.
give me a sergio olivia (or lee priest, etc) hands over head, an arnold side bicep, a back double bi, or side tricep. on todays pros the side tri is the best looking pose, IMO.
but the two poses most people want to see (lat spread and MM) i think are boring poses.

I really admire Layne but all the posing routines i've seen him do in videos, I hate.
Nothing against him but he goes through his poses really fast... I blink and I miss the pose. Guess you can fit more into the routine, but there's no time to admire it IMO.

I actually think though, that many people look good doing it. Of course if you don't do it quite as well as others, that's probably one reason why you don't look as good in it. Every pose is about presentation. If you have outsanding abs then you may wanna do the version with both hands on your hips, but that's just my opinion.
P.S. - yes, I know I'm fat. Just pretend you don't see my avatar and you'll see some logic in this post, lol.

I'm actually trying to find this vid of an African American BBer who kinda breakdances as part of his posing routine. Around 1980s I think. Anyone know who it is?

MM is my fav pose
I find behind-the-neck presses seem to go hand in hand with it, at least for a good MM pump

I still don't know what he's talking about.
My advice is always PIITB or PIITV if PIITB is not available (no homo).

All of these suggestions are good. I will combine them together to see what I can come up with and when I hit an impressive crab shot, I will post a picture of it. Thanks all

I'm pretty sure these guys like the bigger/meatier crabs, it makes them more money. I could be mistaken, but they usually throw the skinny ones back into the Bering Sea.
