    what's amazing is before, you looked like you had serious Gyno, but it turns out it was all fat.

    good job so far, but I just wonder.. why do you cover up your face for something like fat loss pics.. ? I understand some guys that do steroids live in fear, but you should be proud of this.

    Way better than my 240lbs to 167 drop I did in 6 months when i first started. A LOT of muscle was lost... near the end it was probably 50/50.

    Congratulations, i just went from 26% to 17%, took me 8 months, but i screwed up and started to starve my self but stopped that now any way as the other guy said time to lift some heavy as weights...
