Day 1 : Run 4miles, abs
Day 2 : Bi/Tri, Run 2 miles
Day 3 : Run 3 miles, abs
Day 4 : Rest
Day 5 : Chest/Legs, Run 2 miles
Day 6 : Rest
Day 7 : Shoulder/Back, run 3 miles
