Exclamation Blood pressure

I am doing my first show this saturday the 12th. I have always had low blood pressure. When I had it taken today it was 94/58. Tomorrow (Wednesday) I am cutting out salt and starting dehydration. Will my pressure drop much more? How low can it go before I pass out? Is there anything I can take or eat that will help maintain my pressure without making me retain water??

Exclamation U r borderline now . . .

Lower reading below 60 is a concern, like u may get dizzy if u stand up fast.

Your readings are on the low end but if they have always been like that, then they are OK.

Dehydration, to the point of causing you a lot of thirst, is going to cause your BP to drop. However, I am not sure that the drop would be significant.

Most elite athletes have low BP.

Have u always had this low bp?
