    Macros for cutting

I'm starting a new cut and I'm thinking of a traditional 40-40-20 macro, I was wondering how important it is on how much carbs, protein and fat is in each individual meal or if the 40-40-20 is just an overall day goal. Also i heard to cut all carbs out of your last meal is this the best choice?

40 40 20 protein carbs fats? or protein fats carbs? or hell even carbs fats proteins? cause the last one is dumb. the second one can also be used and the first is more traditional

40P 40C 20F is a decent starting point, but chances are you'll see better results if you either lower carb intake or cycle carb intake.
