Has anybody used Vitargo to carb up for a show?? People told me that it will work well to fill me out and give me that hard look. My concern is the couple of ounces of water I have to add to it to make the paste...I know vitargo claims it will pull the water into the muscle but has anybody tried doing this and how were the results??

I used it at my last show and it worked very well. I even used it backstage to help with my pump-ups as well. If you manipulate your water intake properly dryness shouldnt be a concern with adding water to mix the Vitargo since you shouldn't have cut your water anyways. Hope this helps
